That Last 10 pounds grr!!!!

Ok well I was one of those moms who never had the chance to hit the gym after giving birth to lose my preg weight, so for the past year I had all that preg weight still on me untill October of last year hit and my babies became incredibly active, I have lost 30 pounds since then. Don't ask me how I did it because I don't even know! I ate normal, my workout was with my kids and having stairs in the house I guess helped the fact since I was constantly running up down stairs to get something for the girls. The only thing I did do is cut out all soda,coffee and replaced it with water. And now that I have lost all that weight I actually need to lose 10 more to get back to my pre-preg weight and it is taking forever!!!I actually go to the gym and workout at home on top of the running around I do but I feel like i'm stuck. Why is it that when you actually try to lose weight it just seems like nothing is happening but when I wasn't trying I lost so much! Any advice is appreciated, I dont really like the idea of going on fad diets or cleansing fads I figure if you eat right and excercise the weight will come off even though it takes forever...although if you do have any good ideas or workout plans that helped you on the last few pounds please feel free to shoot me an email
